I grew up in San Diego, CA, American born Vietnamese.

I had just graduated with a degree in engineering. But I didn’t want to do it for the rest of my life. So I packed up my bags and moved across the country without knowing a single person, from California to New York, to work in fashion. I’m still here doing it 16 years later.
